Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml milk
  • 10 g cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp xanthan gum or guar gum, Biobin, locust bean gum
  • 10 drops of flavoring (Flavdrops nut nougat)

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

super fast, fluffy and soft

Chill the milk thoroughly in the refrigerator. Combine all ingredients in a blender or mixing bowl and whisk until the mixture has roughly doubled in size and is foamy or almost stiff. Pour the cream into a microwave-safe container and heat on high for three 30-second bursts. It does not need to boil. Stir well between batches and at the end. Season to taste and add more cocoa, sweetener, or flavoring if desired. Approximately 135 kcal per serving.
