Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g cauliflower
- 10 pitted dates
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 150 ml plant milk (plant drink) e.g. soy, almond or rice milk, unsweetened
- n. B. Nuts
- e.g. banana(s)
- e.g. goji berries
- n. B. Desiccated coconut

Cook the cauliflower for 15-20 minutes until tender, and soak the dates in water if desired. Meanwhile, measure the other ingredients and blend briefly with a hand blender, Thermomix, or in a food processor. Add the cauliflower and dates and blend until smooth. Transfer to a glass or bowl and let cool. Garnish with nuts, banana and/or date slices, berries, or desiccated coconut.
