Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour (type 1050 or 405)
  • 1 cube of yeast, fresh
  • 60 g sugar
  • 200 ml milk, lukewarm
  • 60 g butter or margarine, soft
  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp chocolate sprinkles
  • Egg yolk for brushing
  • Milk for brushing

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

made from yeast dough – enough for about 8 pieces

Combine the first eight ingredients to form a yeast dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes. Remove the dough from the bowl, knead thoroughly, and incorporate the chocolate sprinkles. Then roll it into a log and form 8 rolls. Place on a baking sheet. Let rise for another 10 minutes. Brush with egg yolk and milk. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 17 minutes.
