Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 ml milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 50 g sugar
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 130 g block chocolate, chopped
  • 450 g wheat flour type 550
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • extra flour for shaping

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes

The bread maker makes the dough, about 10 rolls

Pour the ingredients into the bread tin of your bread maker in the order listed. Prepare the dough using the dough program, then remove from the oven and, with floured hands, form rolls on a floured surface. The dough will be a little sticky, but the flour will make the rolls easy to shape. The chocolate block will have melted and the dough will have turned dark. Place a bowl of water on a rack under the baking tray. Place the rolls on a baking tray in the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 20-25 minutes. The rolls are sweet, and I enjoy them with just cream cheese or butter. With a roll weighing about 90 grams, the dough yields 10-11 rolls.
