  • 1 tbsp cream (spray cream)
  • 1 shot of mineral water
  • 200 g fruit of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

slim and fast

Mix the quark with vanilla sugar, cinnamon, whipped cream, and mineral water until creamy. If you prefer a sweeter dish, add artificial sweetener. Heat the oil, vanilla sugar, and almonds in a non-stick pan until the sugar has melted (careful: don’t let it get too hot!). Transfer the quark to a small bowl, top with prepared fruit according to taste and season, and top with the crunchy topping. For decoration, sprinkle with cinnamon or cocoa powder. If you’re a fan of sophisticated recipes, use a vegetable peeler to shave a few flakes of dark chocolate over the top or into the quark. The whole thing is a protein-rich, healthy meal with important fatty acids. It’s also great to take to work and can be used for breakfast, lunch, or dinner if you’re on a diet.
