Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 eggs
- 1 onion(s)
- 4 slice(s) ham, cooked
- 8 mushrooms
- 25 g butter
- 4 tomatoes, sliced
- 2 slices of toast
- salt and pepper

Peel and dice the onion, cut the ham into strips. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Crack the eggs into a bowl. Whisk and season with salt and pepper. Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the diced onion until translucent. Add the diced ham and sliced mushrooms and fry briefly, stirring continuously. Add the beaten eggs to the pan. Stir vigorously so the scrambled eggs are fluffy and the ham and mushrooms are evenly distributed. Toast the slices of toast and divide each into 4 triangles. Serve the scrambled eggs in portions and place the tomato slices around the edges. Serve immediately with the toast triangles.
