with chocolate pieces, light and yet moist

Roughly chop the chocolate coating and melt 150g of it with the butter in a double boiler. Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy, then add the flour. Finally, stir in the melted chocolate-butter mixture and the reserved 100g of chopped whole milk chocolate coating. Spread onto a small (approx. 40x25cm) baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 15 minutes at 190°C. For the glaze, melt the dark chocolate coating and butter in a double boiler and spread it over the cooled cake. It also tastes delicious with various nuts. Simply fold them into the finished batter.
