Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 175 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg(s), (size M)
  • 100 g margarine
  • 50 g almond(s), ground
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (to taste)
  • 1 cup of white chocolate coating
  • 1 cup of chocolate coating, whole milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 2 hours

Christmas biscuits, makes about 50 pieces

In the bowl of a hand mixer, mix the flour with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt. Add the egg, margarine, almonds, and cocoa powder, and mix everything with the dough hook until you have a smooth dough. Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of about 5 mm and cut out a star shape. Place on baking sheets lined with baking paper. Baking time: Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 12-15 minutes. Cover the cooled stars with the melted chocolate coating and decorate with the white chocolate coating.
