Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 100 g chocolate (block chocolate), finely chopped
- 300 g flour

Chocolate stars, chocolate cookies
Make a dough from the listed ingredients. The chocolate will make it quite sticky at first. It’s best to refrigerate the dough overnight. Roll out the dough using as little flour as possible (e.g., between cling film). Then cut out stars or similar shapes. Bake the cookies at 180°C for approximately 12-15 minutes. Once cooled, cover the stars with icing or dark chocolate, as desired.
