Peach mascarpone cream with cookies

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 500 g quark
  • 200 g cream, whipped until stiff
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 65 g sugar
  • 1 large can of peach(s)
  • 4 tbsp peach juice from the can
  • 200 g biscuits (cookies)
  • Lemon balm for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Crush the cookies in a bag, for example. Drain the peaches and collect the juice. Puree the peaches (cut one half into 6 wedges and reserve for garnishing) into a fine puree. Mix the mascarpone, quark, sugar, and peach juice and fold in the whipped cream. Layer the mascarpone cream, fruit, crumbs, etc. in dessert glasses as follows: garnish with a peach wedge and a lemon balm leaf.
