Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g chocolate (dark chocolate)
  • 175 g butter
  • 175 g brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 100 g almond(s), ground
  • 4 drops of bitter almond flavoring or 1 tsp Amaretto

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

without flour

Melt the chocolate and let it cool slightly. Beat it with the butter and sugar until fluffy, then add the eggs one at a time and continue beating until fluffy. Finally, stir in the almonds and bitter almond oil or Amaretto. Pour into a tart pan and bake at 180°C for 40-45 minutes. Serve the chocolate tart lukewarm with orange cream.
