Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease two baking sheets. Cream the butter and sugar in a bowl until fluffy. Sift the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder over the batter and mix to form a not-too-thick batter. Fill a large piping bag fitted with a 2.5 cm wide nozzle with the batter and pipe approximately 6 cm long strands of dough onto the baking sheets. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes. Let cool briefly on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack to cool. Finally, dip the ends of the cookies in the melted chocolate.
