Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 200 g flour
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 ml yogurt
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp rum (rum essence)

quick and easy
Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler and let cool slightly. Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy (about 10 minutes), then add the yogurt, rum, and melted chocolate. Sift in the flour and baking powder and mix until smooth. Spread the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes. Do the toothpick test.
