Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 230 g muesli (Chocolate Cherry Kölln Muesli)
  • 70 g muesli (crunchy muesli)
  • 100 g milk chocolate coating
  • 100 g dark chocolate coating
  • 1 cube of coconut oil (Palmin)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Melt the chocolate coating with the Palmin cube in a double boiler and stir well. Combine both mueslis in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Add the melted chocolate to the muesli and mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon until the mixture is completely coated. Scoop out the mixture with a teaspoon and place small heaps on baking paper. Let it dry thoroughly. This will set up very quickly in cold weather on a balcony or patio. No additional sugar is necessary.
