Lamb's lettuce *Gold, Silver and Bronze*

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of lamb’s lettuce (150 g)
  • 500 g boiled potatoes
  • 200 g sheep’s cheese
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 50 g walnuts, roughly chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Lamb’s lettuce with potatoes, feta cheese and walnuts.

Rinse the lettuce with cold water and let it drain. Peel the potatoes and cut into approximately 1/2 cm thick slices. Crumble the feta cheese into a bowl and mix with the yogurt and milk until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer the lettuce to a bowl and arrange the potato slices around the edge. Place dollops of feta cheese on top, placing a large dollop in the center of the lettuce. Sprinkle the walnuts over the dollops of feta cheese. Mix thoroughly before serving. The feta cheese serves as the dressing!
