Chopped Chicken

  • 1 kg Chicken breast fillets
  • 2 Salt to taste
  • 4 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 tbsp Wheat flour 405
  • 4 tsp Curry powder
  • 300 ml Cream
  • Gourmet pepper to taste
  • 200 ml Chicken stock
  1. Wash the chicken breast fillets, pat dry and cut into strips. Pour portion by portion into a bowl and add a little salt. Take a large saucepan and heat the rapeseed oil in it. Add the chicken strips and sear them at medium temperature.
  2. In the meantime, peel the onion and finely chop it in the lightning chopper. Then turn down the temperature and add the finely chopped onions and steam them until translucent. Dust the whole thing with flour & curry powder, then stir and let it steep for a few minutes.
  3. Deglaze with the chicken stock and bring to the boil. Then add the cream and simmer for about 10 minutes at medium temperature so that it can thicken. Always stir in between and then season with gourmet pepper, season to taste. Serve with rice.
