- 3 Discs Edam
- 1 Pc. Asian garlic bulb
- 4 Stripes Breakfast bacon

- 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 3 Pc. Butter flakes
- 4 Pc. Bay leaves
- 8 Pc. Peppercorns
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 Egg
- Salt, pepper, gyros spice and nutmeg
- Fat for the baking pan
- Clean the spring onions and cut them into rings, then finely chop them, peel and press the garlic.
- Put the minced meat in a bowl, add the egg and spices as well as the baking powder, spring onions, 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs and garlic. Knead everything well and let it steep for half an hour.
- Preheat the oven from 200 degrees!
- Roll out some cling film on the work surface and flatten the minced meat into a square.
- 5th TIP: I put some breadcrumbs on the foil so that the minced meat can be rolled up better and does not stick.
- Put the cooked ham on top of the minced meat and then the cheese, with the help of the foil now roll up the minced meat like a biscuit roll.
- Brush the baking pan with fat and then sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put the baking pan over the minced meat roll and turn the whole thing with the help of the foil.
- I still had some breakfast bacon left and I used it at the same time and put it over the minced meat roll and then pressed in the peppercorns and spread butter flakes on it.
- Place the bay leaves on the sides and the bowl with the chopped cordon blue for 1 hour in the preheated oven and let it bake.
- Served with steamed potatoes and butter beans, it was really delicious for me and my guests.
