Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed
  • 1 can of beer
  • n. B. spice(s)

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

You’ll need three sticks large and long enough to wrap the minced meat around, similar to bread on a stick. Season the minced meat to taste, then carefully wrap 1/3 of it around the stick and press down firmly. It helps to first form balls of the minced meat and skewer them on the stick. To prevent the stick from catching fire, you can wrap it in aluminum foil. Grill the stick over an open flame, turning it constantly and pouring beer over it as needed. The stick is ready when any meat that hasn’t come away from the stick is golden brown.
