Mel’s Herb-garlic Butter

The perfect mel’s herb-garlic butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Soft butter
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoon Herbal mixture TK
  • Sea salt from the mill
  • Pepper from the grinder
  1. Mix the butter with the mixer until frothy.
  1. Peel the garlic and press it through the press – add to the butter and mix briefly
  1. Now add the finely chopped herbs and mix everything well again.
  1. Season to taste with salt and pepper and refrigerate.
