Chops with wild garlic

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 pork chops
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 ball(s) of mozzarella
  • 8 leaves of wild garlic
  • 100 ml white wine
  • ½ tsp broth, granulated
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Briefly rinse the chops, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil and sear the meat on both sides. Place in a heatproof bowl. Chop the wild garlic. Deglaze the stock with white wine and pour in the cream. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes and add it to the cream along with the wild garlic. Season to taste with the broth, pepper, and salt. Pour the sauce over the chops and bake in the oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
