Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 160 g paprika sausage (paprika chorizo)
- 20 green beans
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 1 bag of rice
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
with beans and peppers
Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Cut the chorizo into pieces or slices. Wash and finely chop the peppers and beans. Set the cooked rice aside. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the chorizo until crispy. Add the peppers and beans to the pan and fry. Finally, stir in the cooked rice and heat for about 7 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and paprika.
