Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bag of rice
- salt water
- 4 slices of smoked pork
- 1 can peas and carrots
- 300 ml cream
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- possibly curry
- Fat for frying
- n. B. water
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the rice in salted water for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, chop the smoked pork and fry in a little hot fat, gradually adding a little water. Once the water has reduced, add the rice and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring. Then add the cream and reduce on low heat, stirring constantly. Season to taste.
