  • 400 g chorizo, small fresh sausages
  • 200 g onion(s), red
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 1 dashes balsamic vinegar
  • 200 ml red wine, preferably dry Spanish
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • n. B. Sea salt, fine and pepper

Tapas

Pierce the chorizo ​​all over with a fork. Slice the red onion, slice the garlic cloves, and bring to a boil in a saucepan with the bay leaf, rosemary sprigs, and vegetable stock. Add the sausages and simmer uncovered over medium heat for 20 minutes. Deglaze with red wine and season with salt and pepper. Serve with baguette or a dollop of mashed potatoes.
