Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 25 g butter (pasture butter)
- 60g chorizo
- 45 g spring onions or onions
- 200 g konjac noodles (shirataki noodles)
- 20 g ketchup, sugar-free
- salt and pepper

Low-carb pasta dish
Dice the onions and slice the chorizo into small pieces. Fry them in a pan with the butter until crispy. Remove the shirataki noodles from the packaging, place them in a sieve, and rinse them with plenty of cold water. Then add them to the pan and fry. Crack the eggs over the noodle and chorizo mixture and stir well. Fry for about 3 minutes, until the egg is lightly set. Season with salt and pepper and serve with sugar-free ketchup.
