Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250g spaghetti
- 1 small bunch of spring onions
- 50 g diced ham
- 4 eggs
- 600 ml milk
- salt and pepper
- 250 g cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp oil

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Simple and fast
Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, slice the spring onions into small rings. Whisk the eggs with the milk, pepper, and salt. Drain the cooked pasta. Heat the oil in a pan, add the pasta, and fry until crispy. Then add the milk and egg mixture and the diced ham. Stir until the milk and egg mixture has set. Then add the spring onions and stir everything again. Finally, sprinkle the cheese over the top and let it melt. Serve with a salad.
