Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 6 eggs, organic, moderately hard-boiled
- 100 g liver sausage from the jar, best quality
- 1 tbsp mustard, hot
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise, delicacy
- 1 handful of herbs, chopped (parsley, dill)
- possibly salt and pepper
Instructions

a surprising, unusual egg filling
Let the boiled eggs cool, peel them, and halve them lengthwise. Remove the yolks and blend them finely with the liverwurst, mustard, mayonnaise, and herbs. Season to taste and stir in a little more mustard or salt and pepper, if desired. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and fill the halved eggs with it.
