- 4 piece Eggs
- 2 cups Sugar
- 3 cups Wheat flour
- 1 Cup Cooking oil
- 1 Cup Fruit-Flavored lemonades, Fanta
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 2 small Canned mandarins
- 200 ml Whipped cream
- Work the eggs, sugar, flour, oil, Fanta, baking powder and vanilla sugar into a dough.
- Then mix in the whipped cream with the mixer.
- Carefully fold the well-drained mandarins into the batter.
- Pour the dough into a greased springform pan and smooth it out.
- Put the pan on a wire rack in the hot oven and bake there at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes.
