Christmas Bakery: Fanta Cake with Mandarins

  • 4 piece Eggs
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 3 cups Wheat flour
  • 1 Cup Cooking oil
  • 1 Cup Fruit-Flavored lemonades, Fanta
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 2 small Canned mandarins
  • 200 ml Whipped cream
  1. Work the eggs, sugar, flour, oil, Fanta, baking powder and vanilla sugar into a dough.
  2. Then mix in the whipped cream with the mixer.
  3. Carefully fold the well-drained mandarins into the batter.
  4. Pour the dough into a greased springform pan and smooth it out.
  5. Put the pan on a wire rack in the hot oven and bake there at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes.
