Ingredients
- 1 a cup Sugar
- 1 package Diced butter
- 8 Eggs
- 1 package Ground almonds
- 1 package Ground hazelnuts
- 0,5 package Raisins
- 0,5 package Sultanas
- 200 g Chocolate
- 1 package Vanilla sugar
- 0,5 bottle Lemon flavor
- Salt
- 1 tbsp Ginger bread spice
- 400 g Flour
- 0,25 liter Milk
- 1 package Light or chocolate icing
Instructions
- Mix the sugar and butter together
- Beat the eggs and stir in the butter-sugar mixture, the vanilla sugar, the salt, the gingerbread spice and the lemon aroma one at a time until everything is nice and frothy.
- Fold in the almonds, nuts and raisins and sultanas.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave and stir into the batter until everything is smooth.
- Add the flour and, if it is very firm, gradually add the milk until it is a heavy, viscous mass.
- Cover a baking sheet well with parchment paper and spread the dough about a finger thick on it. Bake at about 150-180 degrees for about 20-30 minutes.
- Cut the dough into pieces while it is still warm. When it has cooled down completely, it can be decorated with chocolate glaze or light glaze.
