The perfect christmas cookies: cranberrie – macaroons recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Hazelnuts from my garden!
- 1 pinch Coarse salt
- 250 g Powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon Bio lemon zest
- 250 g Ground hazelnuts
small cut:
- 125 g Dried cranberries
- Chop the cranberries with a knife. approx. 2 tablespoons put aside for decoration. Is there cheap at Aldi.

- Crack, grind, weigh.
- Beat egg whites with salt until stiff.
- Add lemon zest to taste.
- Mix in the hazelnuts and cranberries.
- Place 2 teaspoons in small heaps on a baking sheet with baking paper. Let dry well for 4 – 5 hours.
- Dry at 120 ° C for about 20-25 minutes.
