Salmon and Vegetable Packet
The perfect salmon and vegetable packet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Frozen salmon fillet
- 2 Red Onions
- 1 middle Zucchini
- 6 Cocktail vine tomatoes
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 8 Tomatoes dried in oil
- 8 Basil
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Thaw the salmon fillet, wash, pat dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Peel the onion, wash the zucchini, halve both and cut into slices.
- Cut the tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes and the peeled garlic into small cubes and place in a bowl.
- Wash the basil, shake dry, cut into strips and add to the tomatoes with a little olive oil and mix everything well.
- Now brush a piece of aluminum foil in the middle with a little oil, spread a few onion and zucchini slices on top.
- Place a slice of salmon on top and pour some of the tomato mixture over it, season with salt and pepper
- Put the whole thing together at the top so that a closed package is created.
- Put the packets in the 180c. Oven for about 15 minutes
- Now take the packet out of the oven, let it rest a little and then carefully open it – hot –
- Put the fish with the vegetables on the plate, garnish with a lemon and serve with a little mashed potatoes – enjoy your meal; 🙂
