Christmas Cookies Part 2
The perfect christmas cookies part 2 recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Flour
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 120 g Sugar
- 120 g Butter
- 1 Egg
- 120 g Nougat glaze
- Some water
- Colorful sprinkles
- Knead all the ingredients into a dough. Wrap the dough in cling film and place in the refrigerator for 1.5 hours. Then roll out on a floured surface and cut out motifs with cookie cutters (or free hand) and lick onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Oven should be preheated to 180 degrees. Bake cookies for 10 minutes (depending on the thickness, it can be longer or shorter of the time). Then let cool down well. Melt the nougat glaze in a water bath and pour some water into the melted glaze. Then dip half of the biscuits in the glaze and place on a baking sheet (with baking paper) and decorate with sprinkles.
