Little Snow Mountain

The perfect little snow mountain recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Eggs
  • 10 tablespoon Oil
  • 10 tbsp Sugar fine
  • 1 packet Vanilla flavor
  • 1 Knife point Grated lemon peel
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 9 Tablespoon (heaped) Sifted flour
  • 10 tablespoon Carbonated / lemon or orange flavored sodas
  • 1 a cup Mascarpone
  • 1 a cup Sour cream
  • 200 ml Whipped cream stiff
  • 4 teaspoon Cream stiffener
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon Cherry confit
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar fine
  1. Beat eggs + sugar + vanilla sugar and salt well with a hand mixer until foamy, then add oil + lemon peel, continue stirring, stir in flour + baking powder, finally put the lemonade in a greased form (18 cm Ø) with removable outer ring, bake at 180 ° 20 – 30 min.

Cream preparation

  1. Mix the sour cream + mascarpone with a whisk, add 2 teaspoons of cream stiffener, stir slowly, chill. Whip the cream until stiff, mix 2 teaspoons of cream stabilizer and 2 tablespoons of sugar, slowly add to the cream while continuing to stir. Fold the cream into the sour cream and mascapone mixture. Chill until the cake has cooled down. Cut the cake. Mix 2 tablespoons of jam with 3 tablespoons of cream and coat the inner half with it, place the second half on top. Garnish with the remaining cream on the outside. Chill for 20 minutes, serve.
