Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 ml water
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 4 carnations
  • 3 tsp black tea or 3 tea bags
  • 4 oranges
  • 1 liter apple juice
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Bring the water, cloves, and cinnamon stick to a boil and bring to a boil. Remove the pot from the heat and add the tea. Let it steep for 4 minutes. Then strain through a fine sieve. Squeeze the oranges, add the juice, then add the apple juice and season with sugar. It can be enjoyed hot or cold.
