Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil briefly. Then remove the pan from the heat and let the porridge swell for about 5 minutes. Pour into a bowl and garnish with fresh fruit such as bananas, raspberries, kiwis, or blueberries. Feel free to add whole nuts, seeds, nut butter, or coconut flakes—just about anything your heart desires! If the porridge isn’t sweet enough for you, you can add a little date syrup.
