Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cake (Pandoro)
- 3 eggs
- 6 tbsp sugar
- 500 g mascarpone
- Praline(s) (Giotto)
- powdered sugar
Instructions

Separate the three eggs. Combine 6 tablespoons of sugar with the egg yolks. Beat the egg whites until frothy. First, add the egg yolks to the mascarpone and mix, then add the frothy egg whites. Beat everything until creamy. Cut the Pandoro crosswise into slices to create stars. Then reassemble the Pandoro in a staggered pattern and spread the cream between the individual slices. When assembled, it will resemble a Christmas tree. Serve garnished with Giotto’s cheese and powdered sugar.
