- 4 m.-sized turkey schnitzel
- 1 egg(s)
- 25 g breadcrumbs
- 25 g Parmesan
- 25 g hazelnuts, ground
- 20 g flour
- salt and pepper
- Cinnamon powder
- possibly paprika powder
- Clarified butter, as needed

from turkey schnitzel
Pat the turkey schnitzels dry with kitchen paper, season with salt, pepper, and ground cinnamon. Then coat in flour and roll in the beaten egg. Then coat in the breading, which is a mixture of equal parts breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and hazelnut flour. If desired, you can also season with paprika. Add the breaded schnitzels to the hot clarified butter and fry until golden brown on both sides. Any side dish you would normally serve with any schnitzel can be served with this schnitzel. You can also use veal schnitzel instead of turkey schnitzel.
