Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 45 g whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp honey or agave syrup
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 50 ml plant milk (plant drink)
- cinnamon sugar
- applesauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 minute; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 2 minutes

Combine the flour with the dry ingredients and the milk. Melt the coconut oil and add it with the honey. Mix well again and microwave for 1 minute at approximately 700-800 watts. That’s plenty of time. The mug cake tastes best when it’s not fully baked. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve with applesauce, if desired.
