Cinnamon and Clove Chicken

The perfect cinnamon and clove chicken recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 piece Chicken breast fillet
  • 1 piece Big onion
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Ground cloves
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • Salt
  1. Cut the chicken breast fillet into cubes. Cut the onion into rings. Put both in a bowl. Season well with the spices and pour the olive oil over it. Mix well and let steep overnight. Heat a non-stick pan and fry the meat and onion mixture all over until crispy. Rice or white bread goes well with it.
