Peel 2 apples and dice them. Mix with 45g sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Mix 360g flour with 200g sugar, 4 teaspoons baking powder, 2 eggs, a little vanilla, 300ml milk, and 110g melted butter to form a batter. Mix 100g melted butter with 150g brown sugar and 3 teaspoons cinnamon. Mix the sliced apple pieces with the batter and pour into a greased dish. Place the cinnamon swirl on top of the batter and drizzle with a fork. Bake in the oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 40 to 45 minutes. Mix 200g powdered sugar with 40g milk and spread over the warm cake as a glaze. I found this recipe on Mathellaslife, and it’s the moistest and fluffiest apple cake I’ve ever eaten.
