Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 egg whites
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 300 g hazelnuts, ground
- 60 g hazelnuts, whole
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Beat the egg whites until stiff, gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar, and continue beating. Set aside about 4 tablespoons of the egg white mixture. Fold the cinnamon and ground nuts into the remaining egg whites. Form the mixture into walnut-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet. Use a wooden stick to make a small indentation, add some egg whites, and add 1 hazelnut to each ball. Preheat oven to approximately 125°C, or 100°C fan-assisted, and bake for approximately 25-30 minutes.
