Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 6 tbsp cream
  • 300 g flour
  • 3 tsp cream of tartar baking powder
  • 350 ml buttermilk
  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 100 g flour
  • e.g. cinnamon
  • Fat, for the sheet

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Food combining baking recipe

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Stir together the batter ingredients, pour onto a greased baking sheet, smooth the surface, and bake for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, make the crumble topping and spread it on the cake. Bake for another 15 minutes and cut into wedges or slices while still warm. Tip for those who don’t follow separate foods: You can also use two whole eggs instead of egg yolks and cream.
