Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g quark, with 20% fat or of your choice
- 100 g sour cream
- 2 tbsp, levelled cane sugar, possibly more
- Cinnamon powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Mix the quark with the sour cream, sweeten with brown sugar, and season with cinnamon. Tip: We love to eat the cinnamon quark with waffles, fruit salad, or for breakfast with sliced banana (or other fruit). For Christmas, due to time constraints, we served the quark with warm amaretto sour cherries, which I had thickened with a little cornstarch. It tasted delicious.
