Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g quark, with 20% fat or of your choice
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 2 tbsp, levelled cane sugar, possibly more
  • Cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix the quark with the sour cream, sweeten with brown sugar, and season with cinnamon. Tip: We love to eat the cinnamon quark with waffles, fruit salad, or for breakfast with sliced ​​banana (or other fruit). For Christmas, due to time constraints, we served the quark with warm amaretto sour cherries, which I had thickened with a little cornstarch. It tasted delicious.
