Cinnamon Pancakes with Maple Syrup

The perfect cinnamon pancakes with maple syrup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Flour 550
  • 1 Teaspoon (level) Baking powder
  • 4 piece Eggs
  • 2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinammon
  • 30 g Liquid butter
  • 100 ml Milk
  • Oil or clarified butter
  • 1 piece Maple syrup
  1. Mix flour with baking powder.
  2. Mix the eggs with the cinnamon, sugar, salt and milk.
  3. Process the egg milk with the flour and baking powder into a smooth dough.
  4. Fold in the melted butter and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Put the oil in a pan and bake the pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Serve with maple syrup.
