Ingredients
- 200 g Flour 550
- 1 Teaspoon (level) Baking powder
- 4 piece Eggs
- 2 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinammon
- 30 g Liquid butter
- 100 ml Milk
- Oil or clarified butter
- 1 piece Maple syrup
Instructions
- Mix flour with baking powder.
- Mix the eggs with the cinnamon, sugar, salt and milk.
- Process the egg milk with the flour and baking powder into a smooth dough.
- Fold in the melted butter and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Put the oil in a pan and bake the pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve with maple syrup.
