Cinnamon Pancakes with Maple Syrup

Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Flour 550
  • 1 Teaspoon (level) Baking powder
  • 4 piece Eggs
  • 2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinammon
  • 30 g Liquid butter
  • 100 ml Milk
  • Oil or clarified butter
  • 1 piece Maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Mix flour with baking powder.
  • Mix the eggs with the cinnamon, sugar, salt and milk.
  • Process the egg milk with the flour and baking powder into a smooth dough.
  • Fold in the melted butter and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  • Put the oil in a pan and bake the pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
  • Serve with maple syrup.
