Strawberry Pancakes with Maple Syrup
The perfect strawberry pancakes with maple syrup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
for the dough:
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Butter, liquid
- 100 ml Maple syrup
- Neutral oil for frying
- 200 g Flour
- 300 ml Milk
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tbsp Butter, liquid
- Wash the strawberries, carefully pat dry with kitchen paper, clean and cut into thin slices
Preparation of pancakes:
- use the first 6 ingredients to make a smooth dough. Mix the liquid butter and half of the strawberries into the batter. add sugar to the remaining strawberries
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the pancakes one after the other and keep them warm in the oven
- Bring the maple syrup to the boil briefly with the remaining butter
- to serve, place the pancakes on plates, spread the strawberries and maple syrup over them
