- 200 g Flour
- 3 Eggs
- 200 ml Milk
- 250 ml Natural carbonated mineral water
- 50 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- Maple syrup
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Mix the eggs with the flour, add the milk, the salt, then gradually add the butter and the water. Let the dough rest for 1/2 hour. .
