Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g spelt flour or wheat flour
- 210 g low-fat curd cheese
- 90 g butter
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- n. B. cinnamon sugar
- e.g. butter, melted
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Knead all dough ingredients into a dough. Divide into 9 equal pieces and roll out into rough circles (not necessarily exact). Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with a little cinnamon sugar, and fold toward the center. Brush again with melted butter, sprinkle with more cinnamon sugar, and fold toward the center (or to the right or left). Roll on all sides in the second sachet of vanilla sugar and additional cinnamon sugar. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes, preferably on the middle rack. Let cool slightly.
