Mix all ingredients (except chocolate coating and coconut oil) and knead into a smooth dough. Chill the dough for at least one hour. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Shape the dough into small rings with a diameter of about 3 cm. Be careful, the dough will expand slightly during baking! For this reason, the rings should be shaped a little more delicately. Then bake the rings at 180°C for about 15 minutes on the middle rack. In the meantime, prepare the glaze. To do this, carefully melt 400 g of chocolate coating with 40 g of coconut oil in a water bath. Dip one side of the cooled rings into the glaze, then let them drain and dry.
