Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 tbsp wheat flour type 405
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp soy milk (soy drink) or other plant milk as desired
- 1 tsp oil, e.g. B. Coconut oil
- 1 tsp, levelled vanilla sugar
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp, smothered cinnamon

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes
simple, quick, vegan, microwaveable and super tasty
Combine all ingredients except cinnamon and sugar in a mug (dry ingredients first) and mix well. Combine cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl and sprinkle over the cake. Microwave on high for about 1.5 minutes (alternatively, bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10-15 minutes, checking halfway through). Remove from the mug, carefully remove the cake from the mug (careful, it’s hot!), and serve. Applesauce makes an excellent side dish. Perfect for any sweet tooth who needs something sweet in between meals and finds the boring chocolate bar too boring.
