Cinnamon Rolls from Muffin Pan

Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Flour
  • 30 g Butter
  • 30 g Sugar
  • 170 ml Milk
  • 1 cube Yeast
  • For the filling:
  • 30 g butter for brushing
  • Cinnamon sugar to sprinkle on.

Instructions
 

  • Heat the milk and dissolve the yeast with a little sugar in it.
  • Put the flour, butter, sugar and the yeast milk in a bowl. Process everything into a smooth dough and let rise for 45 minutes.
  • Knead the dough again and roll it out into a rectangle of 30x40. Brush the dough with the soft butter and pour the cinnamon sugar over it.
  • Now roll up from the long side and cut into 8 pieces. Place each cinnamon roll in a baking pan and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 170 °. Bake the cinnamon rolls for 15-20 minutes.
