Ingredients
- 300 g Flour
- 30 g Butter
- 30 g Sugar
- 170 ml Milk
- 1 cube Yeast
- For the filling:
- 30 g butter for brushing
- Cinnamon sugar to sprinkle on.
Instructions
- Heat the milk and dissolve the yeast with a little sugar in it.
- Put the flour, butter, sugar and the yeast milk in a bowl. Process everything into a smooth dough and let rise for 45 minutes.
- Knead the dough again and roll it out into a rectangle of 30x40. Brush the dough with the soft butter and pour the cinnamon sugar over it.
- Now roll up from the long side and cut into 8 pieces. Place each cinnamon roll in a baking pan and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 170 °. Bake the cinnamon rolls for 15-20 minutes.
