Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 ½ dl cream
  • 3 tbsp tomato puree
  • 3 tbsp Parmesan
  • ¼ bunch parsley
  • a little pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Pasta Sauce – Five “p”

Simmer the cream in a small pan for about 5 minutes. Then stir together the cream sauce with the tomato puree, finely chopped parsley, and pepper. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Just before serving, stir in the Parmesan cheese. Tip: Finely chop the ham and mix it in; it tastes really great.
